No Child Left Inside

A new bill is being introduced in Congress by Senator Sarbanes of Maryland with a working title of "No Child Left Inside". This effort would encourage and fund environmental education through outdoor activities for the nation's children and is separated out from the generalized "No Child Left Behind" legislation and will be treated separately. FWF is asking all who care that our children today are kept inside classrooms by school curriculums for most of the day to the detriment of both their physical health and understanding of the wonderful world around them, to follow and support this legislation.
